Born and raised on a lonely hill farm in the west Yorkshire Pennines

grew up listening to American roots music on an old crystal set radio.

Always been obsessed by the music and a real passion for playing.

Dac has learn from the old masters including

John Jackson, Louisiana Red, Philadelphia Jerry Ricks and John Cephas.

Dac has also studied with other modern performers,

Woody Mann, Mike Dowling, John Miller,  Michael Messer and Homesick Mac .

Diamond Dac is an adept picker and funky slide man.

He is a founder member of the European Blues Association.

Been recorded by the Sanctuary Archive Stamstock Compilation.

Featured on the Resophonic Players of Europe.

Has Four  solo albums  a  duo album & a trio album airplayed  all over the world to critical acclaim,

and established as  one of the finest acoustic acts in the U.K.

 Diamond Dac, with Delaney & Taylor   recorded a live album in the  prestigeous Hepworth Gallery

performing in the  Wakefield Blues Festival.
